Donald Laymon is an young but experienced minister who has served as a staff pastor as well as a senior pastor since 1996. Due to tremendous challenges in ministry - Donald has sought counsel to deal with these challenges, only to find that this counsel is either too costly, too inadequate, or unrealistic in its application.
